UniApp Game information

Privacy Policy

What information UniApp Game processes, how optional storage and advertising choices work, and what happens when you open a third-party game.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

01

Scope and site identity

This policy applies to UniApp Game pages and server endpoints available through uniappgame.com. It does not govern games, advertisements, payment features, or websites independently operated by third parties.

UniApp Game provides browser-game discovery, editorial guide pages, local favorites, privacy choices, and a public comment feature. The contact address for privacy questions and requests is shown at the end of this policy.

02

Information you choose to provide

An email inquiry contains the sender address, message, attachments, and any other information the sender includes. Please provide only the information needed for the request.

A submitted comment contains a display name and plain-text comment. If accepted, the public page displays that name, comment, a server-assigned avatar, and the posting date. Display names are not treated as proof of identity or account ownership.

03

Requests, security, and abuse prevention

When a browser requests a page or submits a comment, the site and its hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, user-agent, requested URL, referrer, request time, response status, and diagnostic details to deliver the service, investigate errors, protect the site, and enforce submission limits.

For an accepted comment, the server stores submission and moderation timestamps, status, rate-limit context, security-check results, and a keyed one-way request fingerprint derived from IP address and user-agent. The raw IP address and raw user-agent are not copied into the comment record.

04

Cookies

UniApp Game uses essential local storage to remember a versioned privacy decision, including the selected categories and update time. This prevents the site from asking for the same choice on every page. If Functional storage is enabled, the browser can also retain favorite-game identifiers on that device.

Analytics, Advertising, and Personalization are optional categories and begin disabled for a visitor who has not made a choice. The site source does not currently load its own analytics or Google AdSense script. If one of these services is introduced, it must be connected to the relevant saved choice before optional technology is loaded.

After you open an externally operated game, its provider may use separate cookies, local storage, or related identifiers under its own policy. UniApp Game cannot read or remove storage controlled by an unrelated provider domain.

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites, including for delivery, measurement, frequency control, reporting, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted.

05

Third-Party Advertising

UniApp Game is prepared to use Google AdSense but does not currently enable the AdSense script in the site source. If AdSense is activated, Google and its advertising partners may serve advertisements, place or read cookies, or use related identifiers to deliver, secure, measure, limit repetition, report on, and personalize ads where allowed.

Google advertising services may receive information such as the page or ad request, IP address, browser information, date and time, and advertising cookies or identifiers. Google's own policies describe its processing and available controls.

A third-party game may display advertising controlled by its provider or advertising partners. Those ads, purchases, storage technologies, and data practices are outside UniApp Game's direct control.

06

User Choices and Opt-Out

Cookie Settings is available in the footer on public pages. It lets you accept all optional categories, reject non-essential categories, save an individual selection, or withdraw a previous choice. Revoking a category stops future site-controlled loading for that category and clears the optional first-party storage keys the site controls.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and local storage. Doing so can remove the saved privacy decision and favorites. Controls inside an embedded game or on its provider's website may be needed for storage set by that provider.

Google Ads Settings can manage or turn off personalized Google advertising. The Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices provide choices for participating advertising companies. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove contextual or non-personalized advertisements.

The UniApp Game preference panel is a site-level control and is not presented as a Google-certified CMP. Personalized Google ads that require a certified CMP for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland must remain disabled until a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework is separately implemented.

07

Third-party games and external links

Opening a game or following an external link connects the browser to another operator. That operator receives the technical information ordinarily sent with a web request and may apply its own cookies, analytics, advertising, account, purchase, or personalization practices.

Review the provider's own privacy information and in-game controls before sharing information or making a purchase. UniApp Game does not receive payment-card details entered directly into a third-party service.

08

Public comments and moderation

Published comments are visible to anyone and may be copied or quoted by other visitors. Do not include private, confidential, or sensitive information in a display name or comment.

Submissions pass automated size, field, same-origin, rate-limit, content, and game-access checks. A comment that passes may be published immediately; it can later be restricted or removed for spam, abuse, security, legal, rights, or relevance reasons.

09

Retention, security, and transfers

Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain related records, protect rights, or meet legal obligations. Comments and associated moderation or abuse-prevention records are retained while relevant to the public comment service or until moderation, a valid request, or legal obligations make removal appropriate.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no network transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting, email, game, and advertising providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's own, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.

10

Children and regional privacy rights

UniApp Game is not directed to children below the age at which they may independently consent to personal-data processing in their location. A parent or guardian can contact the site about information a child may have submitted.

Depending on location and applicable law, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. A request may require enough information to locate the relevant record and confirm that the requester is entitled to act on it.

11

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the catalog, comment system, storage choices, advertising setup, providers, or legal requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the current published version.
